The WhatsNext verdict
For Players looking for an over-the-top shooter with chaotic action and friends: Volted throws tanks, flying cars, giant bugs, and plenty of guns into a frenetic shooter built for absurd spectacle. Tradeoff: The mayhem leaves little room for subtle pacing or a grounded tone.
