Keep tenants happy by managing congestion, cleanliness, noise, and rent, respond to fires and other events, and climb the star ratings all the way to a 5-star TOWER. Two rule-sets are included: a pixel-faithful Classic mode that mirrors the original, and a Modern mode that adds continuous pricing, variable households, and a deeper economy.
