The WhatsNext verdict
For Kart-racing fans who want a fast, colorful Sonic crossover with room for both online races and local play.: Races shift through different environments, with Sonic characters and kart racing at the center. Tradeoff: The race-first structure leaves little space for story or exploration beyond the tracks.
