The WhatsNext verdict
For Players who want a slow, character-driven journey through a 1980s China-set village, and who will stay for a long quest about revenge and family.: Ryo's search for his father's killer runs through a village of people who notice him, remember him, and react to him, so the cast and setting carry the pull. Tradeoff: Its deliberate pace and stiff action sections ask for patience, so players who want tight, quick combat may find the wait long.
