The WhatsNext verdict
For Players who want a hand-drawn side-view action RPG with brutal demon fights and a strong East Asian fantasy look: Each demon encounter asks you to read the enemy, time your strikes, and push through a harsh world that looks as striking as it plays. Tradeoff: Demanding combat and a grim tone leave little room for relaxed or casual play.
